We can assist with lodging your insurance claim (if required), provide you with a written estimate of repair costs, we explain the repair process before we start any work, advise the estimated time to complete the repair work and keep you informed during the repair process.

We work with all insurance companies and in most cases you have the right to choose your repairer. Don't be coerced into having your vehicle taken to a repairer who is not of your choice. All our repair work is backed with our guarantee on both repairs and paint work.

We also provide complimentary courtesy cars (conditions apply) to ensure minimal disruption whilst your vehicle is being repaired with us.
